11.50am	The importance of differential attainment and our tailor-made support programme for IMG’s
12.15pm	Developing a career plan … a portfolio in education and research with first-hand experience from an PG Cert Med Ed sponsored SpR

1.15pm	What to expect at competency based medical interviews? (small group mock based interview sessions) SAS doctors join CESR Tutor to go through our own programme Physician Associates join tutor to go through our own programme
3.15pm	3 workshops running simultaneously 1:1 career/life coaching conversations with our MASTER coaches Speed dating with clinical directors - a taste of working in TEWV Showcase video / chat through area / fam friendly opportunities
